FAQ

I will mail your letter on the 20th of every month. If the 20th falls on a Sunday, then your letter will be mailed on the 21st. If the date changes for any reason, I will let you know.

If you sign up by the 19th, you will receive the letter for that same month. If you sign up after, then you must wait for the following month.

Once you've joined, you can manage your subscription through the customer portal.

Please make sure your address is correct. USPS is amazing, but they need a correct address to deliver. That's your responsibility.
